In this class you will be take your set programming skills to the next level. Level 3 is not only about perfecting mixing and scratching skills, but also about building confidence behind the decks through creative control and personal style. Things to look forward to include exploring detailed mixing transitions, scratching combination methods, and creating a professional “demo tape”. We’ll also introduce you to the industry leading Serato PRO software and begin to incorporate digital mixing techniques using loops, cue points, and FX. As you prepare for recording your first mix, you’ll learn electronic music production basics as they relate to DJing.
