This is a gadget that copies cassette tapes to a MicroSD card in mp3 format.
I purchased it for a friend who lives far away, but I couldn't give it to them, so it's unused. However, I tested it for the listing and confirmed that it works by listening to one side of a 60-minute tape.

Also, when the tape is played, the cassette window lights up, making it easy to see that it's working (photo 4).
